We forage, gather and grow. We create beautiful food using old and modern practices. We choose a small menu that changes with our regions gardens and farms.
We make many efforts to cut waste. Solar panels on the roof (purchased through a crowd sourcing campaign), toilets with an integrated basin (water efficiency), and no bottles. Our milk is received in stainless steel pails from Schulz organic dairy (Timboon). We make syrups and preserves from excess fruit, various ferments, and our own almond milk and marshmallow to create a deliciously unique offering... without the waste!
And when we're not running around serving customers, we love to host and connect in different ways; workshops, cooking classes, guided foraging outings.
