Host and GT Editor, Sarah Bieske will be interviewing Adam on life as one of Australia’s favourite cooks. Guests will receive afternoon tea with bubbles while enjoying a live cooking demonstration of three dishes from Adam Liaw.
Adam Liaw is a writer, cook, television presenter and former lawyer. Adam has been a columnist for The Wall Street Journal’s Scene Asia, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, and Sunday Life magazine. He is the author of seven cookbooks and has hosted television programs such as Destination Flavour (SBS), The Cook Up with Adam Liaw (SBS), and Tomorrow Tonight (ABC). Adam is UNICEF Australia’s National Ambassador for Nutrition, and in 2016 he was appointed by the Japanese government as an official Goodwill Ambassador for Japanese Cuisine.
