Good Folk Yoga

We're stoked you've found your way here, and want to hear the good word about Good Folk.


As you've probably guessed, we're big fans of yoga. It helps us stop, breathe, notice and connect - all while building strength - and we think that’s pretty powerful. But sometimes it’s easy to get caught up in taking it all a bit seriously, so we wanted to bring yoga back down to earth. We’ve created a judgement-free space for all folks to move and learn and sweat, or just chill out and enjoy the view.


Because chilling out is really important, and it's a nice view.


Our team is made up of all kinds of good folk, and between them we offer something for everyone; whether you want to have a laugh, have a go, be challenged or learn to sit still*. Sometimes we like wearing fancy activewear, and sometimes it's comfy trackies and our favourite old t-shirt. But every time we take yoga for what it is, and will make sure you know you’re welcome at Good Folk.
