Kids can learn fun strategies to address stress and anxiety while promoting their wellbeing. Our qualified counselling staff will provide a fun session where children will learn how to relax a range of activities including breathing and movement they can do for when they feel anxious or overwhelmed. They will leave our program able to identify strategies they can use at home, school or with friends. Parents and care givers are welcome to join in the session.

Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.
