Self-Care Sunday supported by WorkSafe is a community event that aims to enhance the mental wellbeing of the Geelong community. The first event of its kind in Geelong, the day is full of health and wellbeing activities that are designed to teach and inspire our community about the positive impact movement, healthy eating and participating in community initiatives has on your overall mental wellbeing.  Featuring sweat sessions by KIC Girls Laura Henshaw & Steph Claire Smith, motivational talks by Melissa Ambrosini and cooking demonstrations by Luke Hines as well as a wellness market and an array of activities by local health and wellbeing businesses.
