Geelong you are in for a treat! Our fabulous team of students have designed a menu to suit the changing of the season.
After visiting a range of local farms and suppliers they have developed an amazing five-course menu showcasing the delights of our region.
Students will be available throughout the evening to answer questions about the food they have presented.
Come and support our Certificate IV Commercial Cookery students as they refine their skills in fine dining menus in the historic Davidson Restaurant.
The restaurant will open at 6 pm and guests need to be seated by 6.30 at the latest.
Wines and beers can be purchased at bar prices.
* Some sharing of tables may be required depending on bookings as all tables will be set as 6 to 8 persons per table
